Privacy Policy

This notice explains how Venaya handles account, preference, and financial tracking data. It should be reviewed as Venaya expands into additional markets and adds new data integrations.

In plain terms

  • Your data is yours. We don't sell it, share it with advertisers, or use it to profile you.
  • Venaya stores only what you add — transactions, budgets, goals, and preferences.
  • Bank credentials are never requested. Bank sync, if offered, uses a regulated third-party provider.
  • You can export or delete your data at any time from Settings.

What Venaya stores

Venaya stores the account details, onboarding answers, manual transactions, budgets, goals, recurring costs, score answers, and preferences you choose to add.

What Venaya does not store

Venaya does not ask for bank login credentials in the current product. Bank sync is optional for a future paid tier and should only be added with a secure regulated provider.

How your data is used

Your data is used to show your dashboard, calculate your Venaya Score, create budget and goal summaries, and generate personalised insights. Venaya does not sell your financial data.

Security

Venaya uses authenticated access, encrypted connections, server-side checks, and database access rules to protect account-linked financial data. Sensitive service keys are kept server-side and must never be exposed in the app.

Deleting or exporting data

You should be able to export your data and request deletion from Settings. Deletion should remove account-linked personal finance records unless retention is legally required.
